What's next: app metrics
A privacy label shows what an app says it collects. It doesn't show whether the app is growing, how it earns money, or who it's built for. So we're adding that context next to the label:
- Ratings growth. How many ratings an app gained in the last 30 days: growing, flat or declining. These are ratings, not downloads.
- Monetization. Paid, in-app purchases, or declared third-party ads.
- Languages. How many the app supports.
- Top charts. In how many countries the app charts, and its best rank.
- Release cadence. Days since the last update, and how often new versions come out.
- Accessibility label. Whether it's declared or not.
- Ad networks. Which networks are listed in the developer's
app-ads.txt.
Every metric is dated. None of them affect the score.
Questions you'll be able to ask

Data collection is underway, and the filters will roll out as it lands.
